SHIPPING: All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Expedited Services are available upon request, at an additional charge.

DAMAGES: Please check items carefully upon receipt of your order. All claims concerning damage and/or shipping errors must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Should you receive a shipment with obvious damage, refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. (NOTE: Should you elect to accept a visibly damaged package please be sure to note "RECEIVED DAMAGED" on the carrier's Shipping Document.)

RETURNS: No credit will be issued if items are returned to us without prior authorization. No credit will be issued if returned items are not received in resalable condition.
